How business contact information is used.
Service Charge Pack Preflight is a trading name used by Samad Salam. Samad Salam is the controller for the limited business-contact information described in this notice.

Information and source
This may include your name, job title, employer, work email address, the public source where those details appeared, relevant notes about your role, correspondence and contact outcome.
Details are normally taken from your employer's public website. The specific source is identified in the outreach email. No special-category information is sought.

Purpose and lawful basis
The information is used to identify commercial-property teams that may be relevant to the founding pilot, send an individually written approach and no more than two planned follow-ups, respond to enquiries and manage contact preferences. Unsolicited outreach is sent only where the recipient organisation is reasonably understood to be a corporate subscriber.
The lawful basis is legitimate interests: testing a relevant business service with corporate property teams while keeping the contact limited, role-relevant and easy to refuse.

Access, providers and transfers
Access is limited to Samad Salam and service providers needed to host email, the website and working records. Information is not sold or shared for another organisation's marketing.
If a provider processes information outside the UK, its applicable adequacy arrangements or contractual transfer safeguards are relied upon.

Retention
If there is no response, ordinary prospect information is deleted no later than six months after the final planned follow-up. If you respond but do not become a customer, ordinary correspondence is normally deleted within 12 months of the last substantive contact.
If you opt out, only the minimum information needed to honour that preference may be retained on a suppression list while comparable outreach continues. That record is reviewed annually.

Your data rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, erasure or restriction of your information. You may also object to its use and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
There is no solely automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

This website
This site has no contact form, advertising cookies, marketing pixels or visitor analytics. Its hosting provider may process basic technical logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
Please do not send service-charge packs or other client files until scope and written handling terms have been agreed.

Questions, rights requests and complaints
Email samad@samadsalam.co.uk. A data-protection complaint will be acknowledged within 30 days, investigated without undue delay, kept appropriately updated and given an outcome without undue delay.
If the concern is not resolved, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
